Venise assisted us through our new home buying experience. At every step from model and floor plan selection, to design, custom work, delivery, and set up she kept us updated and gave practical well informed advice to assure we would get the home we wanted. In doing this she represented the home builder well, but also kept us as her customer at the top of her professional responsibilities. Her help and diligent work throughout made this work for us. We have, and will recommend her to anyone. Also, Venise's husband Max Gomez was of great assistance representing us in our land purchase.

We are getting settled into our brand new Karsten home. We studied homes and floor plans for about four years. We found Karsten to be the best built of all the homes we looked at. Once we decided on a builder, it was time to pick the perfect floor plan. We chose the SF-3. It is a real funtional, open floor plan that feels very roomy for 1620 sq. ft. I have a beautiful big kitchen with tons of counter and cupboard space, plus a big walk-in pantry right there in the kitchen.The knotty alder cabinets are so pretty. The two secondary bedrooms are nice and big with great walk-in closets with built-in shelving. The master bedroom is bigger even than I thought it would be. We picked the model just from floor plans, so had never been in it before. This bedroom holds a king-sized bed, a big treadmill, a lazy boy chair, a dresser and a big entertainment cabinet and the room does not feel cramped at all. We got the glamour bath option for the master. Now I have the biggest, deepest, best bathtub I have ever had. I have to say a few words about Venise Gomez and her husband Max. We knew as soon as we met Venise that we would buy a home from her. You know how you meet someone sometimes and they just exude honesty and integrity? Venise is that kind of person. She was so great through the entire process. We tormented her with phone calls and questions and she always had time for us. She never failed to be sweet and helpful and patient. Max arranged our insurance for us and got us the best possible rate. They were both a joy to work with. I also have to thank Donovan at the factory in New Mexico. He was kind enough to e-mail us pictures of our house in progress. The crews of guys that put our house together on site were professional, worked hard and were nice people to have around. From the time we first walked into Venises office until our final walkthrough, we were in good hands. Venise smoothed out every little bump in the road We are just as pleased as we can be with the quality of our new home. We love this floor plan. We love the options we chose. We are grateful to all the wonderful people that got us here. We expect a long happy retirement in our fabulous new Karsten.

I want to give both Peter and the staff at Karsten Homes of Albuquerque a quick thanks for the work both of you put into building my RC-31.
Being a certified residential FHA/VA appraiser for many years, I believe I am qualified to know a well built home when I see one. The Karsten product I saw at Homes Direct of Tucson --- I was there to conduct an appraisal for a local bank--- caught my eye; it was a cut above what I was used to seeing in the industry. After some research on the product I engaged Peter about the product for myself.
I found Peter to be well informed. He was more in tune with understanding my needs and concerns than he was in "selling me", an approach I appreciated. I brought my wife, Sandy, in to meet Peter and to see the product. She, too, liked what she saw and it wasn’t long after that we working with Peter on a Karsten home of our own.
We went to the plant, took the factory tour, and finished our custom order with the sales crew in Albuquerque. Again, the experience was attentive and professional.
I have long maintained that the housing industry, when done right, should be a simple business, e.g., produce a quality product at a fair price and have it represented by professional and caring people.
Thanks to Karsten for getting the first part of that right and thanks to Peter for getting the second part of it right. We love our home! I wish continued success to both of you.
